Using Insurance?
Most of the time you can find out what your copay will be by looking at the information on your insurance card. Therapy is usually considered a "special" visit, so it will most likely fall under the special visit copay. Medicare/Medicaid plans are not accepted at this time.

If they are owned by these three companies, then you are most likely covered. Medicaid and Medicare plans are not accepted.
