Maybe you're doing rather well and are simply seeking extra tools to put into your mental health toolbox! While that's a rather great goal (and I'll provide you with all the coping skills you could ever want), sometimes it takes a little extra "umph" to put it into practice.

 

Having a therapist offers the accountability you're looking for. Setting unique goals, with specific timelines and specific tools, is the formula to reaching your mental health goals.

We also can't forget how powerful a positive mindset is! All the tools in the world will amount to nothing, if there are any mental blocks keeping you from using the coping skills you learned.
